Hanukkah is in a few short weeks! Grab these funny Hanukkah SVG files and get ready to celebrate eight amazing nights! Create something for yourself or as a gift for a loved one!

I love holidays. I think there’s something so special about gathering with loved ones to celebrate and share in traditions!

While I don’t personally celebrate Hanukkah, I have friends that do. Lighting the menorah, eating traditional food, playing games, and exchanging gifts are all things I know they love. I’m always receiving requests for more diverse SVG designs, but I always I want to be sure I’m representing those holidays and cultures properly! I want to know that I am being faithful to these celebrations and cultures without being appropriative.

I reached out to my friend Marisa to help me design these Hanukkah SVG files! She gave me tons of input and ideas to make sure I was representing the Jewish holiday appropriately. I hope you enjoy these Hanukkah SVGs we came up with!

Looking for a fun shirt for yourself or perhaps a gift for someone else? Use the Happy Challah Days SVG and iron-on vinyl to create something to wear to Hanukkah celebrations or even a kitchen tea towel to give as a hostess gift.

What do you gift the person who has everything? How about a funny Let’s Get Lit tumbler or wine glass using permanent vinyl? Of course, you could use this Hanukkah SVG to create just about anything, but the glasses would be a unique (and quirky) gift paired with a bottle of wine or favorite beer!

These last two cut files are sure to get the family singing along. You Spin Me Right Round and Gelt Digger were a fun take on some popular songs. I’m still humming the tunes as I type this. Create home decor items such as throw pillow covers or a sign and see who can name the song first!

Love, Light and Latkes on white t-shirt

One of my goals for 2020 was to start having more representation in my SVG files and my shop. I’ve had plenty of reader requests for things like Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and Pride.

And while I support a range of beliefs and celebrations, I wanted to make sure I was properly representing those holidays and cultures! I want to know that I am being faithful to these celebrations and cultures without being appropriative.

So since I don’t personally celebrate Hanukkah, I teamed up with my friend Marisa to help me design these Hanukkah SVG files! She gave me tons of input and ideas to make sure I was representing the Jewish holiday appropriately.

And she’s convinced me to try making my own latkes! Crisp potatoes served with cool sour cream? Yes please!

I hope my Jewish readers love these Hanukkah SVG files and feel represented as we go into the holiday season that is so heavily commercialized toward Christmas. Next year we are going to work together on creating some Hanukkah crafts that I know you’ll love!
