Thank you for your review! You have shared some great information. I want one so bad and have researched these for the past year. I’ve heard mostly good things about the machine, but there are a few bad marks like probably with any machine. I also use a Cricut, so I hear that managing the software is pretty similar. I’ve heard when there are issues with the Glowforge it’s hard to get a response from the company. Have you ever had to send it back? I also heard that they will sometimes send back a refurbished machine in lieu of your fixed machine. Is that true? It makes me nervous to spend that kind of money and not have a good product. One other question, did you buy the exhaust unit or just filter through a window?
